What starting can feel like

Small steps.
Real wins.

I always thought running meant going fast. Once I gave myself permission to walk, I finally became consistent.

Nadia, 38Started with 15-minute walks

The gear list saved me from buying a watch before I even knew whether I enjoyed running. Turns out, good socks mattered more.

Farid, 42Completed his first 5K

Having someone answer my ‘silly’ questions made all the difference. I stopped worrying and just followed the next session.

Questions, answered

Before your
first step.

Do I have to be fit before I start?+

Not at all. MulaRun begins with walking and short, easy run intervals. Your starting point is information—not a judgement.

Do I really need 78 pieces of gear?+

No. The Runner’s 78 is a lifetime roadmap designed to stop unnecessary purchases. Most beginners need only a comfortable pair of shoes and a few basics.

Is the plan suitable if I have an injury?+

If you have pain, a recent injury or a medical concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning. MulaRun education does not replace medical advice.

Can I follow the plan on a treadmill?+

Yes. You can use a treadmill, neighbourhood path or park. The plan is based on time and effort, so it travels with you.

What happens inside the membership?+

Members get the complete eight-week plan, weekly check-ins, guide chat, equipment help, community challenges and member offers.
